test<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Course Assessment Rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Attendance:<\/strong><br>Regular attendance at all classes is required.<\/li><li><strong>Active participation:<\/strong><br>Students are expected to actively engage in problem-solving activities during tutorials.<\/li><li><strong>Assessment of tutorials:<\/strong><br>There will be <strong>four midterm tests<\/strong>, held after every two tutorials.<br>To pass the tutorial component, students must obtain <strong>at least 50% of the total points<\/strong> available from all four tests combined.<br>Each test carries the same number of points.<br>Failure to achieve the required total score results in a <strong>comprehensive make-up test<\/strong> covering all the material from the tutorials.<\/li><li><strong>Final grade:<\/strong><br>The final course grade is based on:<br>\u2022 passing the tutorial component, and<br>\u2022 the grade for the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agnieszkalacka.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Presentation-Guidelines-for-Students.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/agnieszkalacka.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Presentation-Guidelines-for-Students.pdf\">presentation<\/a><\/strong>.<br>The final grade is the <strong>arithmetic mean<\/strong> of these two components (tutorial + presentation).<br>Presentation topics will be assigned <strong>by mid-December<\/strong>.<br>A student who disagrees with the final grade may take a <strong>comprehensive final exam<\/strong> covering both theoretical and problem-solving parts.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Semester Schedule \u2014 Mathematics I (Land Resources Management)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Winter Semester 2025\/2026<\/strong><br>Classes take place on <strong>Wednesdays<\/strong> (lectures: 45 min, tutorials: 90 min).<br>Each
